CSUN Archives
There are so many interesting and helpful things that the CSUN library offers their students that we are not aware of. So many Special Collections and Archives that contain information on subjects that are extremely useful when writing a research paper. Things that when seeing it, I was shocked about because probably like many other students,I had no idea where there and available.
Blogger Beware
After reading "Blogger Beware" it's safe to say that I have become completely paranoid. Like many other teenagers, I have a social network in which I post pictures. Now looking back at some of my pictures I'm aware that unwillingly I might have posted pictures that I shouldn't have. Although somehow I have been aware of copyright issues, I was unaware of how serious the issue truly is. It's scary and interesting at the same time to see many people do it unintentionally. I honestly think however that people should not post things online that they don't want others to use. Just because the possibility of others using your pictures is practically unpreventable, of course I do understand as to why people become so in raged and in cases offended when people don't give them credit to their work. The writer to the blog was completely correct, it's their art work and they have every right to it. But when can you know when I picture is free for the public and when it's a copyright problem? I guess this is a problem throughout the internet because the picture could have been the re-blogged or posted to many times that it might be impossible to find the original owner.
