Describe the space (objects, colors, layout, etc)
My room is very small and centers around comfort. It is overpowered by my bookshelf and my book/movie collection, a small tv and pillows/candles everywhere. The colors remind me of earthy colors, consisting and beige burgundy pastel pink and a dark green. I have a lot of pictures on display of both friends and family. I do notice that my bed is mirrored to the window, and my "study corner" consisting of my bookshelf and very comfy couch is next to my window, and on the other corner my tv.
Describe how the space is used (who uses it and what they do there)
I usually spent most of my time in my room, either watching movies, sleeping or relaxing, doing my homework or surfing the internet. Whenever I do my homework only in my room, I feel like I can concentrate more. I do spend most of my time on my couch, reading a book or on my computer. Whenever there is family over, they all tend to go in my room and watch movies or just tv.
What does the space say about you? What values does it reflect?
When ever I walk in my room I feel lazy, and not in a bad way but I guess it relaxes me and it feels like my own space. I get to decorate it, display whatever I want how ever I want. I do realize that I kinda made my book collection the kind of "center of attention" in my room. I've also noticed that my "reading couch" is on the same wall as my tv, sort of set up so I can't watch tv and read, because I do get distracted. And my couch is next to the window to I can see my readings. The colors also make the room feel very tranquil, and it's not really attention grabbing.
